To make a long story short.  I worked for GM and got laid off and my wife lost her job.  We lost our house, 2 cars, and an RV to the banks.  We depleted our savings, spent our childrens college fund and filed bankruptcy.  I can't imagine credit being much worse than ours.  We went to 11 dealerships total and many of them promised us the world.  We couldn't get approved anywhere but we knew better than to go to a buy here pay here dealership.  My wife decided to try one last time at Viers.  We worked with Chris and he got the job done.  He actually got us approved through several lenders.  We got the car we wanted with a reasonable payment and we only had to put $1300.00 down.  There cars are nicer than the other dealerships we went to also.  My wife just got a part time job and I just found out that i'm being called back to work soon.  It looks like our luck has changed. 

We are very happy that we went to Viers so I thought I would take the time to write this (my 1st testimonial ever).  God Bless

If you are looking for a good quality used car, this is honestly the place to go. I am a divorced mother of two small kids with very bad credit and was looking for a car. After calling almost every dealership in the Flint area that I thought may finance me and getting turn down after turn down, I decided to call Viers. I spoke with Chris and gave him all of my information, what I had for a down payment and what payment I was looking for monthly and he said he would call me back shortly. Well, naturally I was expecting the worst, so when the phone rang and it was Chris, my heart sank thinking I was going to get turned down yet again.

Well, this wasn't the case at all! Chris very patiently explained the details of what he could do for me and after a great great many calls to him that day, I chose to go see him the very next morning to test drive a few minivans that he had. Chris went above and beyond what a salesperson would ever ever do for you at a dealership! I test drove two different minivans and made my decision on the second one I drove. He had someone take it over and get the oil changed and got it all checked out for me while he more than went over all the paperwork with me line by line and didn't hide a thing. He actually pointed out things on the loan that most other dealers would never explain to you. He explained everything in such a way that I as a female understood exactly everything that I was signing.

If you are looking for a good quality used car, and have tried elsewhere to no avail, or if you are just starting to shop around, I would strongly recommend making your first call to Chris and I promise you that it will be your last! Thanks Chris for making my dream of owning a good quality used car become a reality and thanks for putting up with my great many phone calls with loads of questions!

For 4 months we have searched high and low for a car that was in good condition with a down and monthly payment that we could afford. See, the problem is we have bad credit (we're 2 months out of a bankruptcy too-don't get much lower than that with the scores!) I posted on here looking for such a dealer as we were fed up from going all over. Chris from Viers Auto Sales contacted me approximately 2 weeks ago. Best customer service HANDS DOWN of anyplace we've been. We just drove our new car home today-including a 2 year warranty. It's $50 cheaper than we had figured on paying per month. He never once misled us and he helped us find a car that suited our needs. Trust me when I say that we went to virtually every dealership in Flint and the surrounding areas-even two in Ohio!

I have no stock in this company and before today I'd never met Chris. But if you've tried for a car loan and been turned down or even if you're thinking you won't get approved, give Chris at Viers Auto Sales a try. He treats you like a real person and actually goes over all the paperwork you'll be signing so that you understand it. I love the car that we got and I can't say enough good things about our experience there. They are not a buy here pay here and you won't end up forking over your firstborn along with your arm and a leg just to finance a car (we're glad for this, we're pretty partial to our son and our limbs!).
