A. Market Based Pricing is established when a dealership prices their pre-owned inventory after researching comparable vehicle pricing in the market using factors such as year, make, mile, trim, and availability.

Q. Are you a buy here/pay here dealership?

A. No, we only work with reputable lenders.

Q. What is the difference between your dealership and a buy here/pay here dealership?

A. There are too many differences to list, but here are a few. A buy here/pay here dealership typically does not report to any of the 3 major credit bureaus and they typically sell their vehicles for prices way beyond the suggested retail prices. The payments are typically very large weekly payments and the vehicles are usually sub-standard in quality.

Q. Do you work with drivers license issues?

A. Yes, in most cases we can work with restricted, suspended, or out of state licenses. It may affect the quality of the approval. Please disclose drivers liense issues in advance so we can better assist you.

Q. Do you finance people with good credit?

A. Yes, we have the best financing options available for ALL credit types.

Q. What if I am a first-time buyer?

Q. What do you mean by Easy Credit Approvals?

A. Our "Easy Credit Approval" program is set up specifically for customers with credit challenges. We guarantee your credit history will not prevent you from receiving a written approval for vehicle financing.

Q. I am a waitress and my income is hard to prove. Can I still be financed?

A. Yes, we have several great service worker programs available.

Q. What if I am self-employed and cannot prove my income?

A. Being self-employed in most cases is not a problem. Sometimes, proof of income may not be required at all. If it is, having verifiable income is the key. Without verifiable income, a lender will typically ask for a large amount of money down. Often we can use tax-returns, bank statements, job letters or cancelled checks as a proof of income. Give us a call and we'll do whatever we can to work with you.

Q. I just filed bankruptcy. Do I have to wait until my bankruptcy is discharged to purchase a vehicle from you?

A. No, we can provide financing for you even with an open bankruptcy.

Q. What if I've had a repossession?

A. Many of our customers have had repossessions. Our business is helping you re-establish your credit and move beyond the challenges you've had in the past.

Q. What if I don't have money to put down?

A. We want to talk to you anyway! We have programs that may allow you to put zero money down and we also accept trade-ins. Make sure to ask us about our Drive IT or Drag IT program. Let us know how much you are working with and we will try and fit the finance program to your needs.

Q. Can I use my trade as a down payment?

A. Absolutely, we accept all makes and models. Just bring in your vehicle for a professional trade appraisal. Don't forget to ask us about our Drive IT or Drag IT program!

Q. What is the interest rate and payment for my auto loan?

A. Interest rates and payments are determined by the actual lenders and are influenced by several factors, including the severity of credit problems, the amount of down payment, and the degree of credit risk. Our finance specialist will explain these factors.

Q. Will a co-signer get me a better approval?

A. This is determined on a case-by-case basis. Typically, a co-signer will always be beneficial in a low income situation.

Q. What are your income requirements?

A. The minimum gross monthly income required by most of our finance companies is about $1,200 per month, but there are exceptions to every rule. This minimum income amount varies widely among lenders and some won't require any income with a qualified co-signer. Essentially, it is our job and the job of all reputable lenders to make sure you can afford your payment, maintenance, fuel, insurance, etc. If limited income is a concern, give us a call and let us take a look at your specific situation.
